Bringing Energy Efficiency to Low-Income and Disadvantaged Communities...
WorldWorks is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization whose primary goal is to mobilize and direct human and material resources towards the eradication of poverty and the preservation of the earth's resources for the benefit of future generations.
In the United States , WORLDWORKS focuses primarily on bringing energy efficiency to low-income and disadvantaged communities. Our programs are aimed at reducing energy consumption in these communities through awareness, advocacy, and finding and promoting cheaper alternatives for large buildings/facilities in these communities.
WORLDWORKS coordinates the mobilization of resources needed to enable energy efficiency programs to be implemented in area hospitals, factories, schools, churches and community/state buildings. We work with experienced energy engineers that provide energy audits and assessments, leading to engineering designs that promote efficient energy usage.
